To start for Spring 2025 semester
We are seeking to appoint a .5FTE Assistant Professor to join the BPS Accredited BA in Psychology faculty team. We are looking for applicants who have expertise in the field of psychology either through academic research or professional practice. More specifically, we are looking for candidates who can teach quantitative methods, experimental methods, cognitive psychology, and biology and human behaviour. Please note the appointed candidate will be required to start by 14 January 2025 at the latest.
You will be a strong collegiate team player with the ability to impassion and motivate student/staff communities through your contributions, collaboration and co-creation. The Assistant Professor reports to the Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences.
As a pioneering Liberal Arts University, we are particularly interested in applications form candidates who are eager to deliver excellent teaching. It would be of advantage if the candidate has a good understanding and/or experience of teaching in both UK and US systems of higher education.
